Halo Mcc is a bargain for everyone. Four " Very Good " games in one disc, and the graphics are extremly updated so it is really a nice package and no one should hate it.

Yeah, the MCC is a remake for Halo 2. It's not clear what the rest of it is though, they're remasters right?

To me, the Last of Us was more a port than a remake or remaster, like GTA V will be, hence it is still full price 1 year later I guess? And also hence I haven't bought it yet

The best re-release of this year is a remaster, KH II.5 HD remix, a game so great it can't decide between numbers and Roman numerals. That is a clear remaster, with a higher resolution, widescreen and some better textures. Halo 2 is a remake, which is the next step on for that where some things are entirely redone

Anyway, I don't count it as a big exclusive, but my friend will be buying an Xbox One almost exclusively for the MCC, so you can't doubt it's power

Agree with OP. MCC is more Mario all stars than TLOU remastered.

yeah.. there is no real difference between the remasters. Well there is one difference. Most of the remasters has dedicated servers for their multiplayer while MCC keeps true to the old halo games and keeps p2p connections and needing to connect to a host to play multiplayer. That's really the only difference between them.

They are all stupid.

Not a fan of FPS but I must say the MCC looks very good especially the remastered cut scenes for Halo 2 which is actually one of a few FPS where I actually played the single player campaign all the way through.

Maybe its because i dont pay attention to what people say on forums as much as i use to but i havent really seen many people say anything bad about it.

Yeah Im not sure how you could say much bad about all that but more power to you if you do i suppose.......

As for other remakes like The Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Metro Redux, etc  THeyre not bad or anything, though i understand the complaints as well.  Overall im happy they ported them though.  What im upset with is that both The Last of Us and Tomb Raider was full price.  Ill pick them up when theyre cheaper.  Metro Redux is $25 a piece(sperately through digital) or $50 complete, a much better deal for games that has been out for a while now.

Lastly LittleBigPlanet3 really shouldnt be on this list.  Its a cross-gen release much like Forza Horizon 2 and TitanFall.  Not really a remake/remaster
