What Wii U disaster? Wii U has been a disaster for Nintendo to be sure, but for me and many other gamers it has been no disaster at all. It has been my best purchase since...well, the 3DS. As the games are going to keep coming for it over the next year I think it is going to only improve in my eyes.

So yes, of course I'll be buying Nintendo's next console.

I was in this camp. Almost ditched Nintendo forever. I hated the Wii so much.

The Wii U is actually a step in the right direction for me, so if they keep this up then yes. I'll get their next console.

Well, I absolutely hated the Wii, yet I still bought Wii U day one and I enjoy it a hell of a lot more than I ever did the Wii. So, yeah. I will definitely get Nintendo's next console.

I dont know what price point I would buy it at, but I really cant ever see myself not owning the next Nintendo. They have a good catalog of IP's and good studios making their games. With this gen it took a while for the console to become worth it, but just like the Wii and GC it eventually became worth it.

The fact that they haven't given on their console even though it has bad sales ENCOURAGES me to buy their next console.

Not what I'd call a disaster. The games released so far from third parties (ZombiU, Rayman Legends, Deus Ex, Batman Arkham City, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Sonic Racing Transformed), indies (Nano Assault Neo, Trine 2, EDGE, Abyss, How To Survive, Stick It To The Man, Little Inferno, Toki Tori, Toki Tori 2, Mighty Switch Force 1 and 2 and Unepic) and Nintendo (no need to list them, we all know what they are lol) have made it well worth the price of admission.

And I can't see the Wii 3 being any different. I'm getting it on launch day.

Absolutely. I would go as far as flying over to NY to the Nintendo World Store at launch, it's been a dream of mine for quite a while.

They haven't lost me yet

I love my Wii U so I'll almost definitely buy Nintendo's next console.
