That only happenes to digital games, they need to verify the license (to some people)

Played Watch Dogs (physical) and a couple of digital games and I didn't need to do anything to make them run.

They took it too far anyway, they sent a bomb threat to John Smedley, which has resulted in the FBI getting involved.

They just don't like people playing on consoles at all. They want everyone to just to play on PC. Their activist PC eiltists lol.

Yeah, no. This is only a problem for secondary consoles. You don't have to be online to play on your primary console.
