Launch titles receive a lot of media attention for the simple reason that they are one of the few titles available. That's the lack of competition I'm talking about. There just isn't a lot of option so it's expected of launch titles to sell higher. I wasn't really talking about the competition in a specific genre. Because yeah otherwise Bayonetta 2 has little to no competition on the Wii U. But it doesn't matter so much because there also isn't a strong audience for that kind of game on the Wii U.

I get you know.. but from what I see bayonetta has a lot of attention from media(youtube, various sites, magazines),gamers and even the fact that such a game comes to Wii U is advertisement by itself not to mention that a lot of people love bayonetta and it has a fanbase. to make it short bayonetta 2 is the most advertised 3rd/2nd party game on Wii U.

Voted hell no

Bayonetta 2 probably won't hit 1 million in possibly 3+ years or even life time lmao

Assuming Nintendo markets Bayonetta 2 the same way they marketed Platinum's last title...
It doesn't stand a chance in hell...
Having said that, I think Nintendo has learned something in the past year...

Have a nice day...

only lifetime.

Possible but unlikely.

If they do a Final Fantasy 7 style ad campaign, then, sure. But they won't.

By December 31st 2014? No. Lifetime? Easily

Thanks for all the great memories!

I don't think it's gonna do 1 million sales by the end of this year. By 2015? Sure, why not?

Nope.
