Bummer. I have a group of friends with Wii U's and we've had a blast playing Black Ops 2 together. We also just got Ghosts on the cheap to try out now, even though we aren't expecting it to be that good from what we've heard. But, oh well...I'll be too busy with Bayonetta 1/2, Smash 3DS, Smash Wii U, and Pokemon OR/AS in November anyway.

They would know...Sledgehammer is making the game. The other studio is just porting the assets, and thus needs to be in direct contact with SH.

I can't quite muster my surprised face for this one.

This isn't exactly bad news for the Wii U, since at this point games like this are basically non-entities on the system, but it is pretty telling.

High moon students might be making the wii u version, and activision told them ( Sledge hammer games) to not make the game since they wanted them to focus on the next gen version's of the game.
