I really think GamesCom would have been the perfect opportunity to reintroduce TLG. If Sony constantly insist that it's still in development, then where is it?

The Last Guardian
TGS would be the perfect place. It's a Japanese game, and TGS is a Japanese convention. Although it probably won't happen there either.
