It's not. This has been confirmed bogus time and time again by official Sony people

Of course Sony is going to say that - the idea of The Last Guardian is a system seller.If it's not cancelled where is it? Fumito QUIT, remember?

It's time for people to accept it's cancelled and move on.

Now I want a top down multi player dungeon crawler in that world. Rocket would be have sweet guns, Star Lord be balance, gamora with speed, Draw with strength and Groot lumbering but crazy special moves.

I bet MS give Sony a boatload of money and buys TLG exclusivity for XBox. You know it will happen...

TLG is not coming out. At least, not forever. Perhaps, after forever it will release. But not now, not ever. It's long gone.

I think it did exist and they did mean for it to come out, but by 2012 development was already in shambles and Fumito quit by then.
