Forums - Sony - Sony being sued over Killzone not being 1080p.

But Killzone is native 1080p.

I can confirm I just did some research and that I am suing every publisher who has released a game without fully stable framerate kappa

while i dont think this lawsuit has much legs to stand on. i do hope that these is just the beginning to leading publishers to be more "honest" with their marketing. no more bullshots please or edited/improved gameplay segments. i remember seeing GTA's first gameplay video and not a hence of anti aliasing, and we all remember the aliased mess that game was.

it's really sad,if that's the main thing your worried about in life. Some of these comments make me sick. Cry me a dam river!!!!

next time when my framerate drops by only one frame I will sue ..

Nooo.. we'll make a class action lawsuit... much easier... we'll start with Bethesda
When we are done with them we all will probably have a nice retirement in some sunny country..

Only the single player, not the multi.

that's enough to not give this any grounds

besides, we'd have to start suing everyone as most 720p games last gen weren't native 720p.

I will not tolerate this oppressive behavior from these corporations, this guy needs to win to set a precedent so other big corporations will stop this tomfoolery. It's time for gamers to take a stand!!

He's going to lose money, because the price of the lawyers he's going to need to win will cost more than he'll get if he wins.

Someone didn't read their EULA

I don't think physical description necessary falls under EULA.

No, but the fine terms in the EULA give the company pretty much immunity to any form of lawsuit.
