I wonder how much it needs to sell to make profit...
But a systemseller? Not a big one, but a small boost in the first week? Maybe.

So if Nintendo sucess is based on strong 1st party legs (that made it sell around 6.5-7M in 20 months) and Sony/MS doom is based on weak legs 3rd parties (that made them flop at about 9M and 5M in 8 months) I may be looking at the wrong numbers.

nintendo cant push out so many games, so they have to push out very desirable games tat have legs.   the 3rd partys are gone since the GC has shown that people buy nintendo games and nt 3rd party games on nintendo consoles(and they had realy great exclusives at the start of the GC livetime, some are now multiplatts because they flopped on GC like RE4)


And what were does Nintendo having good legs imply in Sony/MS having just 3rd party weak legs?

And yet once again, sane or smart people already know that off course it's not a system seller and will sell at most 500.000, while the "other" (the unnamable, otherwise you get banned) will once again say completely irrational things, until the day when it never happens...

It depends of how much Wii U needs to sell to be considered a system seller. I don't believe it will push more than 10k but for some people, that's enough. By the way, looking at the poll, there's a lot of hope for the game.

2 things :)

1. Never trust Polls (well for the most part), they are biased as ****!!!

2. System Seller like you said depends on a numberof factors. Titanfall/MK8 Pushed Consoles (system sellers) but nowhere near of wat MS/Ninty Wanted.

Bayo2 imo will push systems more than wat other Nintendo Ips did like DK/Pikmin3.Thats cuz its something different and is a very good deal! (Is this the first time a game thts new comes with a free previous game?), But the real system seller i've been saying all along is going to be SSB. Thats wat alot of people are waiting for :)

Exactly, is not the game itself but the sum of those games that will make the wiiU more attractive to people still on the fence about getting a wiiU.

bolded part: Well, it's hard for me to believe that a game with little exposure in the nintendo community, can have  better effect than Nintendo Ips.  We have to wait in order to see how hungry nintendo fans are for new kinds of experience. 

SSB will be the biggest deal for Nintendo, it could place the console in a very good position over the holiday.

Will be luchky if will sell 2,500,000...

1,000,000 is the minimum.

Lifetime, with the sales 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and more, less than 1,000,000 isn't possible.
