a touch screen, a d-pad and a/b buttons and all possible sensors.
it also comes with a dongle for showing on tv.

this way, all games like just dance, brain age, cocking mamma, zumba fitness, wii sports, and all these wii/ds thing will be avaliable on it.
it also count your steps, calories, sugests what to eat, etc.

Some weird nerve sensing machine like from fiction that you use to really get in the game. It will rival Sony and Microsoft's virtual reality helmets but will be very pricy!

My guess is its a device for senior citizens. Japan has a massive senior population and Miyamoto himself now is technically a senior, I can see him wanting to develop something like this.

What specifically that would be, I have no idea, but I'd guess something that keeps seniors busy/active for an hour or two a day. Probably with excersices that engage them mentally and physically. 

If that is the idea, it actually might take off, there's tons of companies doing fitness/lifestyle products but not too many doing things specifically for seniors.
