Any gaming company with a decent back catalog does that sort of thing, Sony has done it before too... really, and now that we have a good enough console to run these older titles that were way too ambitious to run properly on the PS3 (or the 360) they should be ported to the PS4 in 1080p 60fps, since Sony at least will not make PC ports in the near therm.
