I was Street Fighting on PS3. I sold the game a while ago since I couldn't seem to get good in it. I wasn't much of a fan of Ryu, Ken or any other Shoto character. My main characters were Adon, Sagat, Abel and sometimes Fei Long.

Sometimes I buy dlc for role playing games, but I usually wait for the ultimate, GOTY, or whatever edition that comes out with all the dlc.

Pretty much.  I used to beat my favorite NES/SNES games daily, once I learned the timing, as they generally had very little actual content.

Other than a few obvious exceptions, it's also rather easy to see that most DLC isn't content that was cut with the sole purpose of making DLC.  From what writers and developers have said, almost all games have content that is cut in pre-production, just like novels or movie screen-plays--it's just that, in the past, that content would be gone forever.  Even then, most DLC content is original, as it's simply a lot easier to add something on after the main story is complete.

I think it was one of the the Borderlands writers who said they'd come up with all kinds of stuff for the game which just won't fit with the narrative.  Now, though, rather than toss it in the waste basket, they might flag it for DLC consideration later.

I might be alone but I think that's pretty nifty.

All my friends grumble about this stuff but then shell out as much money as it takes for every game they want. Just like I know that right now they think the Xbone is a joke, but once Halo comes out they'll all get one anyway. We live in a society where people are so used to getting what they want when they want it that they're unwilling to vote with their dollar. They'll support practices and companies they don't like and outwardly feel are harmful to the industry if that's what it takes to get their entertainment.

Don't buy DLC, don't play P2W, don't buy early-access (with the exception of Starbound).

But they needed to get their hair done and face did. They needed to be hawt so guys would give them free things and then give them to me.  

FYI, Big Bang killed Maple Story. Made it into a kiddy dress up game that's way too easy to level. Made my old rare items like toys that didn't matter.
