Super Mario Galaxy was amazing, Halo 3 if I recall was a pretty good experience, and I invested a lot of hours in CoD 4. It was also the year The Orange Box came out, which is the best game on PC.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

I actually think that 2013 had a lot of golden games.

GTA 5, X/Y, Animal Crossing New Leaf, Tomb Raider, Luigi's Mansion 2, Ni No Kuni, TLOU, SM3DW, the PS4/XBO launches, Bioshock Infinite, Zelda 3DS.

That's just off the top of my head too. It was a big year in gaming.

2010 is by far my favourite year in gaming.

God of War 3 & HD collection, Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, Alan Wake, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Bioshock 2 are some of my favourites, then there's other good/great games like Heavy Rain, Gran Turismo 5, Bayonetta, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Halo: Reach, Enslaved: Odyssey to The West, Darksiders, Splinter Cell Conviction...

Loved that year.
