I hear you Fax. I'm going to download Ittle Dew on Wii U some day soon and give it a try.

I really miss strategy games these days. I mean the base building ones.
I have to do it with the remakes of old base building games like Age of Empires and Rise of Nations.

None of the games I listed is an RPG. Except maybe Chrono Trigger a bit.

So what is the difference between ALttP and Terranigma / Illusion of Time that you say they are different genres?

A new Myst-game is in the works: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cyaninc/obduction
And have you already played the other Myst games? Riven, Exile, Uru, End of Ages. The "Masterpiece Edition" of "realMyst" (Windows + Mac + iOS) is also very good... much prettier than the old realMyst. "Outcry: The Dawn" also is very Myst-like.
The 7th Guest and 11th Hour were mainly puzzle games with a story arc and trashy video sequences. If you want good puzzle games connected by a nice story: all Professor Layton games (DS + 3DS) and Jacob Jones (PS Vita + iOS). If it's a funny story and trash FMVs: Tex Murphy - Tesla Effect.
"The 7th Guest 3: The Collector" is already planned, but they failed twice trying to crowdfund it.
