At the moment I feel like M$ are being really half-assed in their promotion/devotion to the Xbone and I'd like them to adopt a clear strategy and go all-in, investing shitloads in exclusives, marketing, exclusive dlc, etc. I'd also like them to make Xbox (the first one) games available on the marketplace as currently one of the main things preventing me from buying an Xbone is the fact that I'd not be able to play Turok: Evolution and Battlefront 2 (due to lack of backwards compatibility). Another thing I'd do is give the non-kinect SKU a price cut to £300 (from it's current price of £350) in time for the holidays so that it'd be ~£50 cheaper than the PS4. Also I'd have a redesign in 2015 some time because at the moment the design doesn't have the same "cool" factor that the PS4 has. Perhaps another thing I'd do would be to buy Sonys gaming division but this probably wouldn't be allowed because of the monopoly it'd create. Oh yeah, and I'd release a Halo collection bundle for the holidays but that's a given anyways.

Anyway, what would you, the vgchartz community, do if you were in charge of your preferred gaming company?

Edit: oh yeah, and I'd commission Bethesda to make a really in-depth RPG like Skyrim set in Westeros 200 years or so before the happenings in the A Song Of Ice And Fire series as an Xbone exclusive. This would be so god damn awesome.. ;-;

I would have forced my 1st party studios to make only sequels to Resistance and The Last of Us until their respective universes are so huge that I would get lost in the lore.

I would something with the Vita besides just ignoring it and hoping everyone forgets about it.

I would buy majority stake in Capcom (for Nintendo that is).

I would announce more of the titles that sony has in development since microsoft is stepping up its game. I would not have gone into the whole vr market and spent ressources elsewhere and i would not have limited ps now to only sony products as i dont see those who already own any type of playstation going aboard this en masse. They should target the whole tv crowd like they did with their own tv,s this might also lead to further adoptations of the ps4. Last i would habe conjured up a trailer for the last guardian. It just has to be able to show it off by now, and if it isnt then just can the game and shut down the studio because otherwise they could possibly just be sucking at the tit for another decade.

If I were the CEO of Sony, I would get games made for the vita (e.g. new valkyria chronicles, GT, god of war), slash the price on the memory cards, make digital prices for all platforms more reasonable, and look through the list in the link below and start rolling out firmware updates.
