Joke post? ps4 will steam roll wii-u in sales and total games.. All they showed that looked great was a new zelda, everything was expected, was not that good a conference.

They showed off games we'd already seen before, didn't show any gameplay for X or Zelda, spent more time than they needed to with the NFC thing (yet somehow failed to explain what the hell it's going to do on Smash) and didn't show anything new for 3DS. They announced about as many new games as Sony and MS did, but Sony and MS showed off more gameplay for games that were already announced but never shown before (Arkham Knight, MKX, . |
exactly it was a pretty mundane conf, and nintendo fans always over hype everything nintendo does.
Don't feel sorry for them. I still think Sony and MS will have solid sales after that. Both companies showed off their big games and gamers are sure to buy them. Both Sony and Xbox fans will have a good year.
Wow, what a show.
So glad I got a WiiU..... lol.
All 3 did great this year. 2015 is going to me amazing for folks that own all 3 consoles.
I thought everyone had a good showing this year at E3 (Other than EA). Nintendo did really good this year, they showed a great amount of exclusives. I would have really preferred for Nintendo to have a regular conference, the pre recorded format felt stale to me but the games they showed were wonderful. Mostly excited for Bayonetta (Happy they bundeled the 2 games) Hyrule warriors, Zelda, pokemon and smash. Imo though I still think Sony had the best confrence. All the games they showed were either exclusive or had exclusive content and they announced a new bundle and hardware (PSTV) which I have wanted to buy sense they announced it in Japan.

So much...yarn yoshi, mario maker, more super smash announcments, bayonetta 1 is being bundled with 2, splatoon, X, the toad game. Imho, Nintendo won, but Nintendo makes games that are created to be "fun" while Microsoft and sony make games that are meant to tell a story, that's why not everyone enjoys Nintendo games, but for nintendo fans, this was easily the best Nintendo showing in years. |
Pretty much this.
| DerNebel said: The Direct is over and I'm not watching that Treehouse thing. They showed some cool games, but almost everything was 2015. Last year they announced a big new holiday title, this year they announced that X would actually come 2015, like Yarn Yoshi or Zelda or Splatoon or the Mario Maker(I'm actually not sure about that, that could be 2014).

yes but few minutes ago they showed over 30 indie games and Mario party 10 (I'm a fan but...) and so on. E3 is not over for Nintendo. But I agree that people basically won't watch the Treehouse. Wrong decision, I have to say, but still, is not over

Better than MS because: Exclusive Focus, Gameplay > CGI
Better than Sony because: Much better camera work, Exclusive Focus, Pure Gameplay > Semi Gameplay
Nintendo showed the least new ips though.
It was marginally better, but it was too short, to much talking and not enough games overall.
