Jeez Lueeze. Leave the Vita alone. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE knows that the Vita is pretty much done and has been done for a while now. Yeah, the thing will get its fair share of games and what not but as far as most people are concerned, its done.

The WiiU on the other hand is pretty much in the same boat as the Vita. Only difference is that there are still people who still believe in the WiiU right now. Maybe the WiiU can still turn itself around. MAYBE.

Who knows, maybe it can still turn itself around.

Because making more Vita doom threads wouldn't be like beating a dead horse, it'd be like beating a heap of fleshy pulp where a dead horse used to be. 2012 and early 2013 was unbearable on this site.

There are more WiiU doom threads at the moment (although still very few) because a lot of people are clinging onto hope for the console, and the recent release of the PS4 and Xbox One is resulting in a lot of comparisons being made.

The people making WiiU is doomed threads around the Internets seem to be mostly Playstation guys. So why would they also make threads about their own handheld console failing? That's not how console warz works.

I have to applaud the Nintendo fans though for not retaliating and gorging on the low hanging fruit that is abysmal Vita sales though. Talk about beating a dead horse.

Sounds like the OP is really saying: "Hey, guys stop making fun of the Wii U! It hurts my feelings... STOP!... uh.. uh.. look over there! See? The Vita is doing worse , make fun of that cuz I dont like that. But leave me and my Wii U alone :'("

Except this topic is the perfect example of a "Nintendo fan" retaliating and going for low hanging fruit. At least when someone makes a wii u doom thread, be they a Sony fan, a MS fan, or a general non-fanboy gamer that's not blind to reality they make cogent and logical arguments most of the time. At the very least they compare the console with other consoles. Since this guy makes this type of flame bait thread everyday and Nintendo fans respond on it and show support to it everyday it's hard to see what exactly you are applauding. I'm just saying the reality shows Nintendo fans do that everyday here. I mean I love the wii U and I support it. It plays flvs off the internet like its TV. Thanks to it and some hosting websites i was able to cancel my cable. That and the games are amazing. There are lots of reasons to support the wii U but when people resort to irrationality and flame bait it makes every fan look bad. The Wii U might do well, it might not. I think the next console they are coming out with relatively soon will probably do a lot better. As long as it has it's awesome web browser and keeps the ability to play wii and wii U games I will get it.

if it happens every day or every other day especially from the same person or group of people it's not an exception to a rule...it is the rule. There is too much consistancy and quantity of it happaning. Again the reality of what happens on here is much different from what you claim.

Well, Vita is more of a side system than Wii U. Wii U is Nintendo's major 8th generation system. Wii U will have more Mario, Mario, Zelda, and Mario. At least Vita has some 3rd party support and indie games to look forward to. I don't have either, but I would rather have a Vita than Wii U.
