I have never seen my friend list so full, and also have been adding quite a few more in recent days over the weekend. Well deserved Nintendo, hopefully this can not only provide a boost to the Wii U, but kick Sony and MS in the butt to get it in gear and up their game.

Competition is always best for the industry :)

lmao, they make an article that fails then has to take a jab. Isnt this the site that gave the only low score to TLoU?

They're also the site that got $750k from MS for a documentary. Polygon is a weird case, they came out of nowhere I feel and are now suddenly huge.

Mario Kart has clearly done well, it's going to be a very strong seller throughout it's lifetime. BUT I'm not going to start proclaiming this as a massive success for Nintendo until I know what it did for hardware numbers.

Well most of the times yes, but Sony has been as of late used Sold through (ex Infamous). I think MS with Titanfall as well, but i could be wrong

With this being shipped + digital and including Sunday, I think it's very possible that FW sales will not show 1 million. I'm not trying to put a damper on the mood (this is great news), just saying don't call those bets yet! 750k might not be that far off.
