The guys who camp out in just one thread and one section. These are the same guys who jump on anything negative you say about either a company they like or a game associated to that company. Its gotten really bad to the point where people even try and justify that behavior.

Humans don't accept change very well/easily, someone who vocally points out everything that should (shouldn't) change about society, isn't always going to be everyone's favorite.

Reminds me of the cringe worthy debate between Bill Nyn and Ken Ham, was basically Bill Nyn asking if Someone who believes a book written 2k years ago would ever not believe every word in the book literally for like 2 hours. Would have had more luck debating the words in the book to change.

Most of the moderations on this forum now seem to come from people being upset at users refusing to take anything on board from various debates which are had every single day on here and just eventually replying with "fuck it you'll never change" which is obvious from the off to everyone anyway.

Opinions on voice acting and art-style have no grounds for calling someone retarded, as was the case with the context here. 

Hell, I'd say that resorting to calling someone something that offensive shows an immature mindset for the most part, imo.

There should be strict laws for people to even be able to use this forum.

I'm not sure laws can educate people enough to stop lashing out at other "fanbases" or stop them from being so very thin-skinned - I mean it's almost hilarious to see people dance around the "fanboy" law, which in it's core already was ment to stop these attacks, yet it only made people create different words with the same meaning.

What we'd end up with likely is just a way smaller community of people that don't post/discuss/argue a lot, like me.

That is sometimes much harder than it should be!
