No. The download code can be redeemed in the Nintendo eShop of any Wii U system.

I hope you don't get more jealous, but I'm actually on a gigabit connection. The numbers are just under 100 Mbit because my laptop and router only have 100 Mbit connection. If I upgrade those 2 I should get much faster speeds. Although, for youtube and the like the current speed is more than enough already.

Australia's speed is pitiful. I think the average is 4.4 mb/s over here - try living with these puny speeds. LOL

Get it for your son, and then bond over it with him.

Similar to how my dad and I played basketball, and he went slightly easy on me to let me win half the time or so, do the same. :)
