I would say Quantum Break because it will be a TV series tie-in, and those are usually mediocre at best (Defiance).

I would also be tempted to say Driveclub, but for some reason, inexplicable to me, driving games always get excellent scores.

Honorable mentions: Shadows of Mordor (reskinned Ass.Creed) and Evolve (just unappealing to me).
