I'll take all of this with a grain of salt. I could write a list like that, print it, take a pic and "leak" on the web. Before the PS4 release, we saw a pretty printed paper too giving specs like 32GB of RAM and a 8-core, 64 SPU Cell. Anyone can do it.

About the content, we don't have anything that unexpected (except StarFox). But the references to new entries on franchises only with tentative titles equal to the franchise name and new IPs being referenced simply as "New IP" simply show how fake this is (even X had the tentative name since the first demo).
