It is a possibility. But what caught me out more than the score or the "review" is the online comment.

yup that really bugs me, but i guess there is a hope it wont be in the final game... it doesnt effect SP in any manner to turn it off, but they always shove some stupid MP trophies in there so you gotta put up with the garbage if you want plat. and ruins it for anyone that wants to dabble in it just a little.

That's the full list of the games achievements, the secret achievements should be at the very end of the list and set as hidden by default I think (just incase there are any spoiler'y achievements to be read about) but there are a good load of Online related ones towards the end of the list and they all seem trivial and for a ton of Gamerscore. 30 pts per online blip by the looks of things

Reminds me of when Assassins Creed launched and got average reviews, now look at it. I have little interest in most western games lately so I probably wouldn't pick this up even if it was over 85 on the metacritic.
