i was about to ask this, wasnt there a recent game that did the same thing (embargo lifted on day release). Seems weird and are trying to hide the fact while people buy the game. If your game is good i expect you want it to show the review weeks before the release. Well i guess thats why nintendo is always first in that regard :P
