Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Flop is kind of a strong word. The Wii U is a flop relative to the Wii.

The 3DS is still going to end up clearing 70 million units comfortably, maybe 80 million. I don't think any system that sells more than the NES or SNES can realistically be considered a flop.

3DS is no disappointment. As you said, it will reach 70-80 million, about the amount it's predecessor PSP sold.

Not necessarily. Some third party games sell better on vita than 3ds despite the massive difference in install bases.

There are only a few multiplat games that are on both platforms. Between these I hardly find any data supporting your theory. Lego Marvel Super Heroes sells nearly the double amount of units on 3DS compared to Vita. Virtues's Last reward is a bit hard to get sales data. What I find are japanese numbers, 9K on 3DS and 6K on PSV, next week only 3DS version charted: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=464121

What else exists on both systems? It looks software mostly sells better on 3DS.

Problem is, Vita isn't a flop compaired to it's predecessor, it's just a flop at this point.

I had to go back to the NPD thread just to make sure because the number seemed made up.

 

Were it a different user i may of accidentally banned them and had a really embarrising apology to make.
