I don't think we'll see new hardware at E3. Surely if this leak was genuine they'd refer to the system by it's actual name.

QoL isn't game related, why show it at a gaming convention? Makes more sense, given its target market, to announce it on Oprah or something like that!

That said, if hardware is shown off, I think it would most likely be a hardware revision for the Wii U.

I hope its a new Wii U SKU, they need to get that thing down in price and start selling more, judging by shipment and sales there is a very low amount of Wii U's in the supply chain, might be a sign of the old one being phased out.

Although this rumor is probably false, Nintendo could in theory launch a mobile tablet console that is more powerfull than a Wii-U. This device could also be the same price or even cheaper than the Wii-U.

Amd launches their new chips in the next few months, witch are comparable to what the Xbox One/ PS4 use but with even less power draw. Sure they lack in graphics power compared to those systems, but they wpuld be close to what the Wii-U offers.

A wii u revision would certainly be welcome. I have no idea what the QOL system will be though, perhaps it is game related.

QOL will likely be integrated into classic game systems. Nintendo fusion seems most likely to me, especially since the rumors come from a trustworthy source and the specs seem to be realistic, especially since the Fusion DS still has a very low and outdated resolution. It will be fully backwards-compatible and replace the Wii-U immediately.

They really should release a revised Wii U, with a fresh new design, 250 GB of HDD instead of 32 GB of SSD, and a rebrandng that emphasizes more on U and less of Wii.
