Charizard was a given, not that exciting. Greninja.....well....there are worse choices I guess.

I'm guessing Charizard's inclusion means no more Pokemon Trainer :/

He looked pretty badass in that trailer though, same for Greninja. Definitely giving them both a try when the game releases.

But Greninja made this direct so worth it! He's one of my favorite new Pokemon (and representing Dark types! :D) and he looks like a blast to play as. That substitute move was genius! I bet it'll be just as frustrating to see in Smash Bros. as it is in Pokemon.

No chance in hell he won't appear. He is basically the main character of Smash.

Most likely they are holding him back since his appearance will be changed to however he looks like in the next F-Zero game.

Damn it, I really do need to watch this Direct... Greninja knows how to work it and I don't want to miss out on that.

Thats toooo bad cuz he willl be an unlockable character and they dont reveal most of them. Have you not waiting for SSBB? same thing happened!

I will miss Pokemon Trainer. It was really versatile. However that does mean Charizard gets an extra special move. I really hope that we at least get a grass type as well but I can't think of any popular enough to make the cut.

Yeah I was hoping for him too. He seems perfect for this game, but we might see more characters later I think.
