MK8 looks very good to my ignorant eyes. Just like me, many doesn't understand about tessalletion or technical capabilities. Only good looking games.

Ok, I thought you were talking about Zelda games specifically. I have not Played Mario 3D world so I cannot comment on that.

I know a decent amount about graphical tech, yet plenty of games without tesselation, subsurface scattering, or parallax occlusion mapping still look great to me.

Hell, Kirby's Epic Yarn and Muramasa: The Demon Blade are still two of the best looking games I've ever seen, and they're only 480p.
