I know you did, and I wasn't really denying people had said those kind of things, each fanbase always makes predictions that are way off.  But it shouldn't be you having to do that, it should be the OP.  There are threads and posts all the time about people doing this and that but rarely is there any links to actual examples.  If there were, half the thread wouldn't  have to be people asking for proof.


Why should I have to prove I can read? Links were easy for people to find. It's such a 'instantly win the argument if the OP doesn't spend half an hour searching for links.' We can all read - there's no other way to use this forum. I'm sorry if you want proof. And you get proof, and you're trying to say that it doesn't count because it was someone other than me who posted it. How about you stay on topic. Bring up that Donkey Kong Country is out and I don't say 'LINK ME TO  SIX RETAILERS OR I DON'T BELIEVE IT.'

The "half of this thread that are people asking for proof" are their own problem: they can search just as well as anybody, and honestly I'm pretty sure most of them knew what I was saying was accurate, they just wanted to argue for argument's sake because they feel like they are on the other 'side' of what I was saying.


I didn't say the proof didn't count because it came from someone else, nor did I try to say that you automatically lost the argument because you didn't provide any, because frankly I don't give a shit about winning whatever argument you have built up in your head.  I also never denied that people had made the prediction that they did, and I have bolded the part in my earlier post where I said that I knew people had made those predictions.

My only point, because I reiterate I don't care about the outcome of this 'argument' as I only commented that some of the circumstances of the original argument had changed, was that by providing a few examples in your first post, people wouldn't waste posts questioning whether or not you were lying or exaggerating.  That's it.

Not very politely worded. I don't see why people who spend time on this forum all suddenly don't remember seeing things that had been posted billions of times in advance of a release once the release happens. Happens every time.

Man, this console war stuff is silly. I have a Sony 3D camera on my desk right now and it rocks. I really don't hate Sony.

Im actually very impressed at infamous numbers. 700k in 2 days is very good for a game that isnt an fps, titanfall outselling infamous isnt a suprise. Its a good game, its an fps, microsoft were also smart to bundle it at the same $500 price (its even lower in some stores) so its large sales is a given. Im pretty sure the titanfall X1 sales might have been lower if it was released simultaneously on 360/X1 and PC, the 360 version delay pretty much confirms it

Ya but those diehard PS nuts will whip out google dictionaries and say exclusive = only available on one thing and bs like that.

"Multiplat not on PS4" stings more IMO because its available on many platforms but their favourite console and has the effects of an exclusive regardless. Its like there was a party and only they weren't invited ;P
