Ocarina Of Time 3D was pretty good if memory serves. So was Link Between Worlds and 3D Land. Resident Evil Revelations did okay. I haven't gotten an XL but I hear that console really improves the 3D effect.

In Resident Evil: Revelations, you can go to Options and change the Depth from Normal to Very Strong.

You can also change Aim to Gyro to use True Panarama View when you are holding the R button to Aim.

Well of course! No 3DS owner could have possibly gone through 2013 without buying a game! Awakening, Dark Moon, New Leaf, and X/Y! Also got Bravely Default recently!

Gotta love the 3D in Fire Emblem & Luigi's Mansion & Bravely Default, right?

2014 will have more better 3D in Smash Bros. & Rodea & King of Pirates & Professer Layton Azran Legacy & Youkai Watch & etc.

Pokemon X/Y's 3D was very disappointing. They should've done the whole game in 3D.

Both OoT 3D and LBW were incredible in 3D and showed just how fantastic 3D could be.

Lords of Shadow Mirror of Fate by far. Then SMT4, Bravely Default, and Super Mario 3D Land. I've never played the game, but on the eshop trailer which you got to see the 3D effect, the new Zelda effect looked really good too(I don't know if this translated into the final game, but looked better than SMT4, Bravely Default, and SM3DL..
