While it would probably be capable of the N64 games reaching its eshop I really doubt they'd ever do that, would be a hard sell to get Star Fox643d/Ocarina of Time 3d or the likely incoming Majoras Mask 3d for 40euros or so if the originals were on the eshop for around 8-10euros.

Then they have to put more effort in the remakes. If the native 3DS version is much better than a emulated N64-version, the price difference is irrelevent.

If it is a cheap port, they should not get 40 € for it in the first place.
