Buah haha. Looks even worse than it did before. But hey, at least it has functional buttons now (instead of that wierd layout in the middle of the pad) and a D-pad.

Interested in this.. purely for use with some of the older games in my Steam collection.

The colours of the ABXY buttons are the same as the Xbox 360's. Hmmm

Good god, that controller looks absolutely horrible. It looks like its backwards, like the face of it should be the back. Who knows, maybe the steam machine will be capable of using ps3/4, xbox 360/one controllers.... I cant see why it wouldnt.

Yeah, this has basically turned into a normal controller now. Wether that's a good or a bad thing is up to personal taste I guess.

And if you copy the button naming, at least copy Nintendo's ABXY instead of SEGA's/Microsoft's :(

I think it's shaped backwards to make it easier to use the touch pads. It's different than using analog sticks or even a circle pad like the 3DS.

many PC games already use the ABXY buttons, so I think it was logical to buy the license to use them rather than trying to set an own new standard
