Yeah, because you can´t be a fan of Nintendo and own a Playstation and/ or an XBox at the same time.

I just don't get why it's taking so damn long. Hasn't Nintendo said sometime that they only announce titles relatively close to release? When did they announce Bayonetta 2, over a year ago? I don't know, with the current Wii U install base, I don't even know if it can stay exclusive or if Sega will just buy their way out of exclusivity to release on other platforms. |
This story is getting really old. SEGA does NOT own Bayonetta 2. SEGA only owns the brand.
What you are describing is not possible. They would have to buy the code off Nintendo. The same code they didnt want to finance, and even if they wanted to spend the money now, do you think Nintendo would sell their exclusive? Must i point you to REmake and MGS twin snakes?
Give it up. Theres no chance.
I will try it out... i am happy that Nintendo is doing something different and taking risks.
Switch!!!
Isn't that a question Nintendo should have asked before funding it?
“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I want to play this game, but I don't know how to convince my wife to be ok with it.
Pretty sure the industry is watching closely how well a hardcore title does on the Wii U. If it does well enough, it could change the 3rd party support Wii U has.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
I'm a huge Platinum fan btw too. I regularly play TW101 and DMC ranks among my top games. Eyeing MGSR on my 360. I'm puzzled that game never made it to Wii U.

I don't really care anyway, but I could imagine some clause in the contract that allows Sega to buy the game back or something. Like when it doesn't sell a million or whatever number. It wouldn't be unusual. But seriously, I don't care if it stays exclusive or not, so calm down. It's not my type game. I don't even like God of War or any other Hack n Slay.

I never played the original, but I may find it and give it a try before B2 comes out. I loved Castlevania, and B is inspired by DMC which was inspired by Castlevania. So I might like it. But from what I see it looks very pretty but with shallow gameplay, which isn't my style. But I'm keeping an eye on it. I'd like to get it, but probably not at $59.

Bayonetta was the best title in its category. I am thinking to buy Wii U when it is cheaper just for this game lol.

Kamiya-produced games always have a deep, intricate, unique combo systems. They are never typical hack-n-slash games. In games like DMC, Metal Gear Rising, Bayo 1, and TW101, you can beat the game through button mashing, but you'll die a lot. Enough to make you throw your controller a few times. But if youinvest you invest your time in mastering the combos, these games will become some of the best you've ever played.
