I think most people don't care about Bayonetta 2.  Some seem to really care about Nintendo getting a third party game that they can't play (even though they probably wouldn't play it anyways). Gamers just like to complain about petty crap.

I point out Nintendo fans because this specific game franchise wasn't even available for them until now. Now all of a sudden its amazing.


All of sudden? Bayonetta has always been great. It was easily one of the best hack n slashers of its generation. They SHOULD be hyped for it.

And I think this topic's question was answered by the explosion of internet outrage when Bayonetta 2 was confirmed as a Wii U exclusive: yes, yes people DO in fact care about Bayonetta 2.

I think the game looks fun but I have a question. Is the main character a lesbian? I'm just curious. I'm not hateful towards gays, I love them as people and children of God and they are sinners just like everybody else but I don't like it when games have agendas that I don't agree with so does anyone know anything about this from the first game? Guildwars 2 just shoved this type of thing down my throat. Again I'm not trying to deprive people from their right to be gay, I just personally am against it and don't want it shoved down my throat in games or movies. Much love all.

If someone doesn't know about the game, are they  going to care about it?  No.  Hence my original statement.  The five people who own the first game and the Nintendo fans who brag because it's exclusive.  Everyone else couldn't care less.

not many people cared about the first which was on ps360 and had a massive install base at the time of release.
even less will care now that its exclusive to a system thats only sold 6m.
