Forums - Nintendo - Dat Anti-Gravity! <(o_O<)

Sorry if this was posted before, but this is the first time I'm seeing a zoomed out view of Mario Circuit, and it surprised me! Despite having played the game and this track specifically a number of times at E3, I never actually realized just how small and closed in on itself this track actually was, nor how wacky it looks! Guess that's the beauty of anti-gravity!

I feel confused looking at this track... so there is two tracks on this level?

We reap what we sow

I especially like the pillars holding the track. They don't even try to be unrealistic... Then again, what about the floating islands?

Well to sum it up, nice design

Yeah, the track looks insanely small when you see it zoomed out, but you drive on both sides of it which is a really cool idea, lol... also, has anyone else thought that the 8 in the Mario Kart 8 logo is actually the Mario Circuit layout? :P

Oh yeah, they showed that at the end of the reveal trailer, d'oh!

Huh, I forgot about the anti-gravity. My interest in the game actually just peaked, the design gives me a F-Zero vibe. Think this game will be on my radar, for the coming months.

This MK will keep nintendo community going, im seeing at least 3 tourneys a week!

Nope, all one track! Only possible with Anti-Gravity! ^_^

Can't wait to get my hands on this game! I'm going to have to challenge VGchartz Mario Kart champion to race :)

"Games are a trigger for adults to again become primitive, primal, as a way of thinking and remembering. An adult is a child who has more ethics and morals, that's all. When I am a child, creating, I am not creating a game. I am in the game. The game is not for children, it is for me. It is for an adult who still has a character of a child."
