If anyone wants the cliff notes, he said... anything less than 1080p/60 fps is not true next gen and people shouldn't bother upgrading. LULZ!

I don't agree, but I respect his opinion.

If people really cared about having the best performance they would play all multiplats on a high end PC. The people making a big deal over which console has better multiplats are insecure fanboys trying to justify their purchase to themselves.

That being said The Witcher 3 will be one of the early defining games of this gen and will look and play great on every platform.

Puggsly is Joking, the developer basically said that Gameplay > Resolution and as long as the resolution/framerate doesn't inhibit the gameplay much it doesn't matter.

Build a better PC then because the best PC's are already more powerful than PS4 and the gap will only get bigger. Most third party games do go to PC. The only exceptions seem to be Destiny and some of the Japanese games.

Btw I don't care about which versions are better. Just calling people out for being hypocrites.

It would be wonderful if people just used the differences solely to influence their purchase. Instead, its generally fodder for childish arguments.

Of Course but since the gameplay is the same because it's multiplat, then the better resolution/performance is the differentiator. $400 vs $500, stronger Hardware, Per console PS+ sub instead of Per account for Live Gold. Also PS+ runs rings around live gold in terms of value. Yes I know we've heard it all before , but it's easy to see why PS4 is doing better than X1.

Same thing could apply to PS4 owners whenever Titanfall is brought up.
