I went to NeoGaf to see the Shitstorm but there is no topic about it, This is weird......

Well we know the X1 can do 1080p, the problem is acheiving 60 fps while doing 1080p.

I imagine that falls on the GPU.

I'm just glad they opted for 60 fps instead of 1080p on the X1 version.

Those 7th gen version seem to hold up pretty well considering they have one-tenth the power of their 8th gen successors.


For such aged hardware seeing the likes of GTA5, MGSV and Titanfall on the Ps360 it really should make people think about what kinda true next gen games we can expect to see on the X1/PS4 in a few years time when you look back at some of the launch games from the 360 era which barely showed improvement over the original Xbox versions of games.

1 thing I was wondering about the 7th gen versions is how many disks the 360 version will be on? MGS games are known for their massive cinematics I actually hope they just go for a lot of disks rather than compression on those for the 360.

Don't expect the same kind of improvement on PS4/X1 as we saw on PS3/360; there's no exotic architecture to work out this time.

I find it so crazy to see so much positive stuff comparing which version has more pixels yet so little stuff about how this is the first Numbered Metal gear solid game to launch on the Xbox platform which isn't a HD rerelease 10 years later. There isn't a single fan of the Xbox who is sad about getting a 720p version or whatever it's running on the Xbox360 compared to what resolution we had for MGS/2/3/4 on the Microsoft platform... ya know...
