I don't mean every version of titanfall, just the xbone version.

North america will likely side towards Titanfall, but worldwide will be a different story.

 

Not to mention, the PS4 will likely have double "or near double" the install base, by the time infamous and titanfall arrive.

It is possible. Many will be going for the PC and Xbox 360 versions. Titanfall will win if all versions are counted though.

Somebody already made a thread about this. But I can also see it happening in the short run. Though I believe that MS will later on bundle the game pretty heavily, so things could change in the long run.

Titanfall will definitely have the most games per console. Infamous might win solely by bigger install base but it's going to be tough.

Well the best selling games on 8th gen platforms are FPSs primarily because of their online play.

So... I'm leaning towards Titanfall to perform better. Shooters tend to have pretty good legs as well.

No chance. Infamous will be in the 2-3 million ballpark lifetime while Titanfall on Xbone alone will reach över 5 million.

They're in totally different leagues. Infamous is comparably a niche title, while Titanfall is a mass market shooter and will get absolutely crazy reviews (95% Meta) and be a more popular game than Gears of Wars ever was. Titanfall as a franchise (once it gets out on PS4) will eventually be up there with Battlefield and COD.
