Save your money Sony.

Create an AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA jRPG and leave this shitty FPS aside.

Sony wouldn't do that because there is too little competition in the Japanese market.

The west is a bigger market, it has competition and that's why Sony keeps making games for the western market.

Titanfall is not THE game(do not get me wrong it will be a good or even great game), do not be blinded by the hype.

Have you played it? I have and yep, the COD fans will get a kick out of it.

The COD fans would get a kick out of Battlefield too. That doesn't mean they'll buy it.

Also I don't know if they'll like the mech combat. It's awesome, but nothing like COD.

Actually the barrier for entry is lower than COD for Titanfall. Its more about fun than the stats, and grunt farming makes it easier for them to get points. People don't actually understand that the gamer games tend to not reach the sellable heights of the more casual friendly titles. Titanfall was designed from the ground up for novices to easily pick up but for experienced players to quickly master and destroy.

I can understand Sony going after Titanfall but I'm personally not interested in the game. I dislike fps generally and I dislike multiplayer fps' even more so.

It depends on the contract. Bioshock 1 was exclusive to Microsft platforms back in 2007, but then got a PS3 port a year later. Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil 0 are to this day, despite shitty sales on the Gamecube, Nintendo exclusive

Its good they are going for it, shows they are gonna fight for games for their fanbase. Since MS lacks developers they much buy or strong arm 3rd parties they now have a way out through Sony. And no one wants to miss selling on the record selling PS4 that's dominating the industry.

But i don't care, ill care if Titanfall2 has single player.

Sony can't outbid MS especially since they recently lost another $1,1 billion.

do you know what a projection is?

No need for that really is there.

At this stage that $1.1bn loss isnt going away.  Given sony's recent record with financial projections, its actually more likely to increase.

question, did it happen?

Sony is still a long way away from being profitable on a cosistence basis and when it comes to top notch electronics they will always be behind Samsung and LG.

im starting to believe you have comprehension problems.

1- Sony's other divisions dont really have a huge effect on Sony's gaming Division, which is profitable. So if sony wants to spend more on gaming to make more, they can, evidence of this is their constant expanding of first party studios. even when other divisions were losing money.

2- this thread has nothing to do with Samsung and LG, niether does it has anything to do with Sonys electronics divisions other than gaming.

3- Microsoft wants to make money, they dont want to keep spending money. they want to make more back in return, so even though they have billions and billions, they dont want to spend them just fucking because.

buttom line is, your trying to start a flame war. bringing up Sony's projection and claiming it already happened, bringing up LG and Samsung for some reason and trying to spread false information with the whole projection thing.

Just because you keep repeating this nonsense doesn't make it true...

nonsense?  explain.

its not hard really, it didnt happen. is that to hard to understand?

Seriously?

It appears someone wants to make this game look more than it really is. No graphics or physics worth mentioning, solely cramped urban combat, no vehicle combat except for mechs which play not much different than the normal soldier character.

I could comprehend if it'd be a Battlefield 2143 or a Star Wars Battlefront in the size of a Battlefield. But this... seriously?

Hunting Season is done...

That's cool but most PlayStation gamers don't care about it.
