I would : 

1. release Wii Sports Club Retail version, so it looks like they have a new game

2. publish Dragon Quest X for WiiU ( release mid March 2014 ) 

3. release NES Remix 2 and Game Body Advanced VC April WORLD WIDE 

4. Mario Kart 8 Release MID MAY, I mean c´mon 2 weeks ! 

So we would have : 

January : Wii Fit (Retail), Wii Sports Club (Retail) 

February : Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze , Lego The Movie

March : Dragon Quest X , (The Amazing Spiderman 2) 

April : NES Remix 2 , Child of Light, GBA VC , Lego the Hobbit

May : Mario Kart 8

June : Hyrule Warriros 

July : Sonic Boom

August : Watch Dogs 

September : Bayonetta 2, Project Cars 

Oktober : X , E3 announced Game

Back in 2006 / 2007 most of the ps3 fans were living in dreams. Now the table has turned. Now a days most nintendo fans live in dreams.

Load up the eShop with anything and everything that can be brought in.

Ask Monolith Soft if a two-part release of X would be okay

Ask Tecmo Koei if they want to make Hyrule Warriors.

See what you can do to cross-sell existing WiiU 3rd party games to fans of a 1st party counterpart (Injustice -- SSB, NFS -- Mario Kart).

Give up the profit margin on the Skylanders bundle.

I would:

1. Stare at a bunch of bananas for a while.

2. Quit.

I'm the CEO of Nintendo and I only realise in December that we won't have any games for the Wii U in 2014??? I'd be wondering what I've been doing for the past year.

I would have had more games in development ahead of 2014 and ready to be released throughout the year.

Well, the problem is, how did it get to this point? They can see projections for a long time at Nintendo's secret base. Did they believe that all the new next gen games were coming to the Wii U? Did they have reason to believe that? Were verbal agreements in place? I don't know.

I would love to get some candid interviews from Nintendo but that's pretty much impossible.

imagine if they had released DK on the original date they had planned (nov 22nd.), the drought would be worse

Does anyone in the west even care about Dragon Quest X or Wii sports club? What I would have done is release MK8 in april, Beyonatta 2 in may, Hyrule Warriors in July/August, Smash Bros in September, Yoshi's Yarn in October and X in November and whatever unannounced game in December

Not many games sell in e3 at all so nothing in June
