I just don't understand how a guy like Iwata who has been under attack the last couple of months for the mistakes he has made... can come out with another nintendo direct that is basically more of the same. There is obvious consumer interest for a change in direction... but he ignores it. How the hell is this guys still CEO?

6/10 because of Mario Kart 8.

Also GBA games confirmed for this spring...wasn't everybody crying about this and now that its practically here, nobody cares @.@

wft? They opened with Little Mac in Smash, they closed with new X and Bayonetta footage, what more do you want? This Direct was freaking awesome. Donkey Kong and Mario Kart looked great too but that's rendered completely irrelevant by the majesty of Little Mac's duck & weave.

Every since the ND January last year people have always freak out over this things. They expect to see new stuff every single time.

Nintendo and PC gamer

6/10 Mediocre. Didn't need to be 40 minutes.

Nintentacle's thread came out before this one, jus' sayin'.  Just kidding.

However, I give it a 7/10. I already posted everything else in Nintentacle's thread.

Smash Bros. Trailer, Mario Kart 8 Trailer, and "X" from Monolith Soft gameplay made it far more than I expected or hoped for. I feel like they will probably just do 1-2 more small, simple Directs before E3, likely without revealing many/any new games, and then at E3 we'll finally get a glimpse of the 2nd half of the year (X, Bayonetta, Smash Bros. included) along with plenty of new game announcements to flesh out the 2nd half AND some games that will be 2015 (like the Wii U Zelda reveal for instance).

Upcoming Games To Get

Definite: Kirby Star Allies (Switch), Mario Tennis Aces (Switch), Fire Emblem (Switch), Yoshi (Switch), Pokemon (Switch), Kingdom Hearts 3 (PS4), Monster Hunter World (PS4)

Considering: Fe (Switch), Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze (Switch), The World Ends With You (Switch), Ys VIII (Switch), Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition (PS4), Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Remix (PS4), The Last Guardian (PS4), Shadow of the Colossus HD (PS4), Anthem (PS4), Shenmue 3 (PS4), WiLD (PS4)

Two eShop games I wanted are being localized.

I'd rate it six Please Understands

Haha love it. I'm rating everything Nintendo does in Please Understands from now on.

Wouldn't say worst, just more of the same, barely no new games, no release dates, more waiting like always. Nintendo go at there own pace. :/

Here a little quote I want for those to keep memorize in your head for this coming next gen.

I don't think you're going to see a lot of new Wii U games simply because internally I don't think Nintendo is greenlighting many more.

They seem to be spacing out what's left (late May for Mario Kart? Seriously) for this year and next year (Zelda) and that's it.
