but the games that were ported over sold like crap

You mean the ports that were missing features, released months later and/ore more expensive? I can't imagine why.

Have there been any multiplat games released on the Wii U with equivalent features, release date and price? I know of Rayman Legends and that did just as well on the Wii U as it did the PS360 despite an install base 75 million lower than each.

Surely if it was worth porting Rayman Legends for only 230k and 300k sales on the 360 and PS3 respectively, then the same could be said for Wii U ports.

rayman legened isnt even a AAA title. Besides, the ps3 version sold more copies even with GTAV eating all the cake the same month.

This, there was also Tekken Tag Tournament 2 that sold less than 20,000 copies which is damn sad cause that is actually a better version than the PS360 one. Both CODs run about as well as the other console versions and no DLC is NOT a feature. Better version of Ninja Gaiden, but that was going to suck. Injustice, i think it actually did WORST than the PS4 version, madness. Hell lets throw Just Dance I think it has the worst selling version of them all sans PS4 x1. Im gonna throw Sonic LW since that has a 3ds version which did much better.  W101 that damn game is already in the bargain bin

At the end of the day its just excuses. DAMN near every 3rd party game has sold not well, period. It cant be just the quality cause not all of them were gimped or late or whatever they want to come up with. The only one that seems to be doing good is Sonic all stars.

You mean a user base of 75 million more users bought a whole 30k more copies of Legends? Wow.

Are you seriously blaming the 3rd parties?
It's not their job to appease all platform holders. It's the job of the platform holders to entice 3rd parties to develop for them. Nintendo failed in that regard. They got no one to blame but themselves.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Come on man, it's Nintendo's fault. No two ways about it.

like i said, Rayman legends was released alongside with GTAV. Besides if the user base isn't the only thing that matters for a succesful launch, well, wii says hi...

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 also sold less than 30k on the 360, which had an 80 million userbase.

It was also released months after on the Wii U. Many of these games are frontloaded.

A proper comaprison would be a multiplat game that was released at the same time, for the same price, with the same features.

This isn't a launch though, I'm not sure what you're igetting at.

The user base isn't all that matter of course, but it does have to be taken into account, particularly when comparing sales on  a system with 5 million users to one with 80 million...

If the cost to port game to the wii u is higher than possible returns then can you really blame them?

Yes when it only cost Ubisoft 1m Euros to port Assassin's Creed III. The games he's listed above would have made a profit on the Wii U, no doubt in my mind about that.

Sooo stupid its Nintendos fault and always will be, its up to them to attract people to their platform, there sitting on a ton of cash use it.

How do you think Vita has become the indie platform favorite, cos Sony get off there arse and attract them, give them incentives, its Sony's job and only Sony's to save the Vita, and its only Nintendos job to save the Wii U.

Agreed about COD Ghosts, it had no more or less faults then all of them. Even the all mighty PS4 version with its 1.8TFLOPS had some bugs that a patch fixed around frame rate and resolution.

ACIV ws a solid effort too.

The only game that didn't deserve to sell in the post launch release is Batman, that was outsourced to some C grade dev who made the game even worst then the launch batman.
