The sad thing is that if Nintendo lightened up on the tutorials a bit, I probably would have enjoyed Skyward Sword a lot more.

5: GTAIV - I liked it but come the fuck on, 98? the world was grey and empty, the gameplay sucked. At least it had the best protagonist in the franchise. If there was a slot 6 or even 5: Part 2, I'd put GTAV right there along side it as far as being overrated.

4: Far Cry 3 - just about everything wrong with the last generation wrapped up in a pretty package. (XP! POINTS! LOOT and crafting! attachments! WOW) 

3: Arkham City - The fuck made everyone go crazy for this? the open world did pretty much nothing for the game and it was full of copy paste bullshit content. 

2: ME3 - Hell of a way to shit all over a otherwise great franchise and universe. And no, it wasn't just the ending.

1: Skyrim The worst gameplay of the lot. Bad story and characters really hurt the lore too, quest lines were a hell of a downgrade over Oblivion and the rpg elements felt even more stripped down. Only a pretty world, music and mods save this game at all for me.

Only including games I at least tried out so I'm leaving off games that don't appeal to me but didn't play (e.g. Most wii games and jrpgs)

Bayonetta - everything about this game annoyed me
Cod mw 2 and 3 - boring campaigns and I didn't enjoy multiplayer very much
Wii sports - just found it to be a boring gimmick
Fez - I like indie games and puzzle games but found it to be another snoozefest. Wasn't even challenging

5. Child of Eden (I usually love Kinect, but this one would crash on me.)

4. Red Steel (didn’t expect much, just never got into it.)

3. Conduit (Just couldn’t really get into it.)

2. Monster Hunter Tri (Thought it was over rated, fuzzy SD interface didn’t help either.)

1. Super Mario Brothers Wii (Just not my thing, cute sounds, but annoyingly hard I found.)



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
