People who bought the wii party U bundle in Japan obviously wanted wii party U or else they had the NSMBU bundle as well. Also, it debuted at 7.6k FW in NA and is now at 160k+. Not that many games can do that and that obviously proves that it's legs are indeed going to be strong. It's going to be the exact same thing for wii fit U. 

Obviously, I'm not expecting them to be 10m sellers. I still expect them to do relatively good considering how many wiiU's are in people homes.

Wii Party U is bundled with both Japanese SKUs in Japan, so you can't buy a Wii U without getting it, unless you hunt down dead stock of the old SKUs. 

I bought Wii Party U because it was marked down to $29.99 and with the bundled WM+ (needed the extra one) for me it was a no brainer. I think a lot of people buy it because it comes with a WM+.

I think Wii Fit will pull a Brain Training and be dead after this installment. Wii Sports/Wii Party will be down massively but I think they can still pull decent numbers and be like the Mario Party/Mario Sports titles which sell about 1-2m.

OT: The PSVita is just plain sad in the US. There's not much more to be said about it at this point.

The 3DS and PS4 seem like the only consoles that are actually set to do well so far. XBO really dropped in Europe, as well as Wii U dropping everywhere, as expected and right on time!

thats a scenario that makes sense. I think we are just going to accept that these games just are not going to be moving consoles and that blue ocean is now a pond at least as far as home consoles go

ouch 1.5m down for PS3

who knows the real levels but interest should still be high for x1/ps4 for a bit,japan launching and supposed price drops for last gen should keep things interesting hopefully as we go into slowmo
