It likely isn't going to release this year considering that development times are usually longer for bigger games in the beginning of a consoles life and the fact that it takes around 2 years to develop a halo game.

Yet they wanna rush the new Halo in 2 years? I don't believe it unless they going for a quick mediocre release, I expect it 2015.

Naughty Dog had more than just Uncharted to work on over these 3 years.

343 is Halo only, all focus is on Halo 5.

Its been confirmed for 2014 over and over. 

Which is more than just speculation unlike the Uncharted claims.

Halo 5 is going exactly how Halo 4 went. 343 had 2 years to work on the game. The year before release there is a CGI teaser trailer at E3. Vidocs starting in March. Gameplay trailer at the E3 year of release. Plus its been confirmed repeatedly since E3 for a 2014 release.

Could it be that they are waiting, focusing on Titanfall before going all out on the next Halo? At the beginning of a generation I guess it is important that every game gets massive support.

Yes, Halo will be a November release, while all the other 2014 games come out between Titanfall and Halo.
