I only own Nintendo consoles and I respect much about Nintendo and their ability to make great games- but they do take advantage/take for granted of their fans too much- too many of their fans do have low expectations and or will defend anything Nintendo does-

The more Nintendo is held accountable by the market place and its most loyal fans the better company it will become and the longer it will remain successful as an entity that gamers old and new will continue to relate too

Also Kirby you ruined it, why didn't you at least have twenty or so nintendo fans and fourty or so Sony fans post before pointing that out.

These kinds of threads just go to show how out of touch the majority of this site's users are. I didn't believe it at first from the xbox fans, but I guess it's true about Sony gamers, they just want everyone else to fail, and it makes no difference how amazing the competition's innovations are, like kinect or the wiiU pad....they just hate...and they even admit how irrational this hate is yet they keep hating.
Sony fans are the real problem with this site, I recommend we make a rule to disband the Playstation official thread. Clearly there is way too much groupthink going on in that little fenced off world.

It also warms my heart that people finally got sick of the constant rehashes and I can't wait for Mario Kart 8 and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U to come out and fail just like the rest of the unimaginative stuff that Nintendo has put out. Nintendo fans are partly to blame with such low expectations of Nintendo's hardware and software, and that they are more than happy buying whatever Nintendo decides to release. I know I will be there once the time has come to laugh into the faces of Nintendo fans.

So let's come clean, everyone. Who else feels this way? If we don't make our voices heard, then Nintendo will never get the message. It's time we all raise the bar of what we expect; gamers have to unite and speak up to right what is wrong in the world.

I agree with you on everything you said except i still think mario and zelda are great games, its just not worth buying there console's anymore with no third party support and cheap out dated hardware. nintedendo was on the way out of the console race, thats why they released a duct tape gamecube with motion controls hooping for the blue ocean stratagy to work which it did, but it's not market that will comeback like tradional consoles.
