I guess you missed thebit in my post that said Sony is now, MS the future. MS have com out of the gate with a mor varied exclusive lineup than Sony. And 2014 ha plenty more exclusives equally as good as Sony. Gamewise MS are very strong currently.

I wish you right so i have some top class exclusives to play on X1, but i dont wotk for their Pr and see reality.

MS is not capable of competing with Sony at making games, and i would not champion what X1 has now over what PS4 has.  To me its Killzone on 4 and Forza on X everything else is irrelevent mediocraty or Multiplat.

Game wise im bored out of my mind on the X1, PS4 least has the free PSn + games to screw around with.  And looking at both future games im most intreseted in multiplats like Watchdogs and The Crew.  Exclusive battle will get interesting when we can compare Halo to whatever the hell Naughty dog will relaese first on Ps4

Bwahahahahaha!  Are you serious?  Sony has had an online infrastructure since the PS3, and it has only gotten better with time.  As for apps, are you being serious?  Apps don't sell a console.  They are just extra icing on the cake.  Of course, if your console has a decent browser, most of those apps don't even matter.  More importantly, Sony will get 4 out of 5 of the apps MS will get, and those will be the important ones that people actually care about.  Sony even has its own exclusive apps for the PS4/PS3.

The x1 will most likely get a very small sells advantage in the us.

But Europe no, you even said Germany..most pc games sell better than the Xbox there.

Xbox has problems to gain traction in Germany due to the strong PC position.

Most Xbox hits, which were not released for Playstation (or were ported very late to PS-consoles), were also released for PC... often with added features, DLCs included, better graphics and/or much faster loading times.

Xbox: Halo 1 + 2, Fable 1, Knights of the Old Republic 1 + 2, Jade Empire, Morrowind, Half-Life 2, Doom 3...

360: BioShock, Mass Effect 1 + 2, Gears of War 1, Oblivion, Condemned, Left4Dead 1 + 2, Alan Wake, Fable 3, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Quake 4, Braid, Limbo, Mark of the Ninja, Fez...

XBO: Titanfall and Project Spark... and the expectation for many other XBO-ports are high

Most playstation hits, which were not released for Xbox (or were ported very late to Xbox-consoles), were never ported to PC. From a PC gamers perspective, it made much more sense to buy a Sony or Nintendo console than a Xbox console.

we'll see how its selling today huh? may not be pretty huh? 3mill before end of 2013 and its $100 more expensive i think its doing fine. Although not dominating ps4 style its clearly not doomed.

Xbox One, the better console? ROFL. If Xbox 360 couldn't overtake PS3 in Europe despite the 360 having a year & a half head start & a better price tag, what makes you so sure that Xbox One could easily overtake PS4 there?

Why do you say Sony is the now and MS is the future? I have seen this said before by other people but I don't understrand it I guess. What exactly in the future will MS be able to do that Sony can't witht heir machine? I know they are built differently but I do not see why MS is the future and Sony is the now I guess.

AS far as online infrastructure goes...iI am lost there as well the online on Sony is fine...maybe not advanced as with MS but fine none the less. Apps wise Sony will ahve plenty just like MS will and just like both did on PS3 and 360.

Lastly as far as exclusives go Sony has the better track record of producing them and supporting their system with them AT THE MOMENT. MS while having more exclusive developers now they still have to prove themselves gaming wise with the,(in my opinion that is anyway).  Now in the future who knows what will happen there could very well be a massive change. But I say let us wait it out and see what happenes. I hope BOTH systems do VERY well so let's hope for the best!

Ive poured about 40 hours into Peggle 2. Amazing game. Played a bit of Max Curse Of the Brotherhood and cant wait to buy that. Its really good platformer.

Killer Instinct is a great fighter and this month getting story mode and brand new fighters.

Forza well yes your right there.

DR3 I dont really like the games, but found DR3 at my friends much better than the first 2.

Ryse I really liked, as I like cinematic games without a heavy gameplay focus.

Project Spark is very soon and Titanfall will be the first shooter I get this gen. But even better IMO to look forward to is Quantum Break this year and Halo 5. Then theres Sunset Overdrive in the summer that we need to know more about.
