Id say thats more a dream then opinion.  MS alreaty tried to be the future, and they reversed their policies casue they got the market SO wrong and caused a massive negative outcry.

X1 cant compete with PS4 pure gaming wise, and media wise its not the main hub of my entertaiment MS wishes it were.  Maybe with updates it can takeover mt tv and cable box, but right now no.

I guess you missed thebit in my post that said Sony is now, MS the future. MS have com out of the gate with a mor varied exclusive lineup than Sony. And 2014 ha plenty more exclusives equally as good as Sony. Gamewise MS are very strong currently.

I wish you right so i have some top class exclusives to play on X1, but i dont wotk for their Pr and see reality.

MS is not capable of competing with Sony at making games, and i would not champion what X1 has now over what PS4 has.  To me its Killzone on 4 and Forza on X everything else is irrelevent mediocraty or Multiplat.

Game wise im bored out of my mind on the X1, PS4 least has the free PSn + games to screw around with.  And looking at both future games im most intreseted in multiplats like Watchdogs and The Crew.  Exclusive battle will get interesting when we can compare Halo to whatever the hell Naughty dog will relaese first on Ps4
