Forums - General Discussion - Extreme Cold Continues In Northern United States

Seems like you have gotten Norways winter this year. We do not go below 0 celsius other than in the night. Also, there is no snow.

It was -20c couple days ago, now it's 0c, freezing rain warning, and 15 cm snow tonight. It's currently snowing. Tuesday back to -21c. Up down, up down, roads are a mess of half melted snow.

But,but,but....... Global Warming..........

Its much better here in the VA, DC, MD area at 30's F, with some leftover snow.

So glad I live in Southern California. It was 77 degrees earlier today and about 60 now. It never rains and is always sunny.

Here in Santa Barbara, CA I am 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from the mountains. How jealous are you guys? Lol

Not at all. The big con you're leaving out is having to live in California.

Apparently it is colder in Atlanta, GA right now then in Anchorage, Alaska.

Usually at this time of year, it's at best -5 C and at worst like -30 C here (Central Finland). Now, it's staying above 0 C pretty consistently, meaning water isn't even freezing... So yeah, strange times. I really wish it was colder here, preferably much colder. Doesn't feel like much of a winter now.

1'F here in Michigan, much colder with the wind. Supposed to get down to -9 tonight.

22 Celsius here in La Jolla (72 Fahrenheit). Have fun with the cold.
