I bought mine at the midnight launch in Australia! There were probably a total of 8 people there to get one. haha. There were more staff at the store than people picking up a WiiU. It was so awkward. I felt sorry for Nintendo Australia.

Lol. You owning a gamecube doesn't make your statement NOT ridiculous. I am sure you know it. Shame on you for the missing the PS2. |
Not ridiculous......you have evidence that the majority of Nintendos core audience isn't children?
No need to be insecure if you are an adult. Adults are allowed to play Nintendo, just don't have any illusions that you are their primary demographic.
I'm not a Nintendo faithful but I support Nintendo so what the fuck does this thread even mean? Go play some fucking video games instead of making weird threads like Nintendo faithfuls not doing their jobs and shit because they probably are if a non-faithful person like me is doing it too. Because GAMES! Crazy logic I know.

For those saying that you could swap in Wii U with the Vita.
The big difference is that many Sony don't believe that there is some kind of conspiracy among the gaming media or third party developers.
They know that the Vita is failing due to market pressures (substitutes from smartphones directly targeting the adult segment Vita was trying to go after) and that 3rd party developers aren't going to develop for a platform without a userbase.
On the other hand, just look at all those threads that claim there is a "bias" against Nintendo. It's a sad and frightening self victimization you typically would expect from something like Fox News when they claim there is a "liberal media" oppressing them.
The denial that there isn't something fundamentally wrong with the WiiU, the accusatory attitude against others, and their passionate defense of Nintendo brings up the question, are the Nintendo fans themselves buying the console?
If they even aren't, how can they even claim that the failure of the WiiU is due to others? How can they blame the media or 3rd party developers for not supporting the Wii U, when they fail to do so themselves?

You apparently missed the running gag where rol trolls people with comments like this all the time. He's a pretty huge Nintendo fan, and even Wii U fan, deep down.

this mad me laugh for real. But for the furure instead of coming here and coming across as salty and sensitve why not actually refute some of these comments, cause you are no different from them.
I actually bought 2 Wii U's so far. I bought one on launch day. Then, I bought the Limited Edition Zelda Wii U last month. I switched the Gamepad's (since it's the only part of the console with the Zelda artwork on it) and downloaded WindWaker and Hyrule Historia onto my launch console. When I visit my nephews next summer, I'm going to give them the new console paired with my old Gamepad. So speaking for myself, the 2 consoles coupled with the amount of games I've bought for the Wii U (+ am getting for Christmas) + eShop downloads, I've supported Wii U a great deal this generation.

I'm pretty sure I can tell where he's trolling or being serious and this time he was being serious. Last time he said it was worst than gamecube and he really meant it that time while deeming the WII U as piece of trash in his other threads.
